Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies


Here is what you need:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 16oz can pumpkin
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. In a different bowl melt the butter them mix with the canned pumpkin. Combine both mixtures. Last add the chocolate chips. Place round spoonfuls on a greased up or parchment lined cookie tray. Bake for 8-12 min or until golden.
