Here is what you need:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 large browned bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Then combine both bowls. last mix in walnuts or chocolate chips. I prefer mini chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips but any you have will work. Bake 15-20 min or until brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Enjoy!
