Here is what you need:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of canned pumpkin
- 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil or butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients in different bowls, then mix to two mixtures together till there are no lumps and it’s all incorporated. put in 9×13 and bake for 35-40 min until lightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean in the center. You can also do this in a different cake pan or cupcake pan and adjust cooking times. Serve with cream cheese frosting. If your making cake pops try it with mini chocolate chips rolled inside!
