Pumpkin Muffins/Bread


Here is what you need:

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 4 cups canned pumpkin
  • 5 cups flour
  • 4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cloves

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls. Then combine the two mixtures. Add Chocolate chips or you can substitute for nuts, this is optional its yummy without it too, I prefer mini chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips. Place in 2 greased bread pans and bake for 1 hour or in muffin pan and cook for 20-30 min till golden brown, less time if they are mini muffins. You want it brown and when you stick a tooth pick down the middle it should come out clean.
